Decided to go for the black one, after much consideration. Andy provided a lot of help for me, and was really friendly and approachable. Lead time was a bit long, but it was well worth the wait for me. Turned out splendid for my bathroom. Would recommend it to others, if waiting time isn’t too big an issue.

Installation

Q: How long will installation take?
A: Installation will typically take between 30 minutes to an hour. Special customization done onsite may take another hour max.

Q: If it is just Plug and play, why do you charge installation fees?
A: Because our tubs still need balancing at site since your floor is not level. The bathtub also comes in a crate, and would need proper removal and disposal.

Q: I have an aircon pipe in my bathroom, can I install a tub from SingaporeBathtubs?
A: Yes definitely. We will be able to do minor adjustments to make sure the pipe passes through

Q: I have a shower door installed; can I install a tub from SingaporeBathtub?
A: Yes, we definitely can install a bathtub in your bathroom even though you have an existing shower door.

Q: My bathroom is really small, are you sure it can fit?
A: Although we dare not say we can fit every single bathroom with our tubs, there are really very very few bathrooms that we didn’t manage to fit in one. Maybe less than 1%.

Q: What if I still cannot find anything suitable out of your standard stock?
A: You can give us a call to get a free consultation and we will be pleased to advice on how to customize a tub.

Maintenance

Q: How do you clean the space within the walls and bathtub?
A: Our tubs are portable. It works the same as a furniture in the bathroom and you can move it around to clean the space underneath.

Q: Is it difficult to move them?
A: Our tubs are from 30kg to 50kg with adjustments for height. They can be easily pushed around your bathroom, to facilitate cleaning, yet sturdy enough to hold up the weight of water and user.

Q: I am moving to a new house soon. Can I bring it along?
A: Our plug and play system allows customers to easily place them in their next house. Quite a few of our clients actually bring along with them their own personal tub to the next place that they live at.
